I had the pleasure to work with Fares during 3 Microsoft Imagine cup sessions, where Fares played a critical role, to coach young students to help them be comfortable presenting to thousands of people, be equipped with the needed skills for public speaking, and have more comfort. Fares invest time to understand the required scope, personalize his training, methodology and approach. The results were outstanding ! With his help we won several ww prizes. I met Fares back in 2009, when he was a raising star in training in JCI (Junior Chamber International) for that reason I included him a selected group of trainers worldwide with whom I did mentoring videos for JCI trainers across the World. Since then I have accompanied his successful career as coach and as trainer, that has one basic fundament, he enjoys helping other to excel themselves.
