All our digital facilitations: synchronous and asynchronous training, webinar facilitation and moderation of digital events take place on platforms such as Zoom™. It depends on the IT requirements of the company, but we recommend a platform that allows you to work in subgroups, share a whiteboard, share screens and applications, share videos, chat area with the possibility of sending files, and the expressive use of emoticons. Synchronous Training
Prerequisites
Know how to use the Zoom ™ meeting tool and office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) – Have a desktop or laptop computer with a webcam, microphone and speaker or a tablet- Have an internet connection with high and stable bandwidth (webcam enabled)
Methodology
We offer most of our training in synchronous digital mode, in the form of half-day webclasses. Between plenary sessions, individual assignments, coaching, coaching and intervision sessions allow participants to put into practice the knowledge and skills imparted, and to exchange the results of their experiences. The agendas are adapted to the learners’ possibilities. These webclasses are facilitated via the Zoom ™ platform while taking into account the technical security measures necessary to be able to create interactive, stimulating and engaging sessions. Before the start of the cycle, a brief introductory session is planned (if necessary) for learners in order to be able to use digital tools and guarantee learning according to the rules of the art.

Asynchronous Training
Prerequisites
Know how to navigate an e-learning platform after authentication (a tutorial will be provided for this)
– Be equipped with a desktop or laptop computer
– Have pre-installed office software
– Have an internet connection with high and stable bandwidth
Methodology
We also offer asynchronous learning with learning paths recorded in the form of video capsules of 3 to 7 minutes each.
Learners can register for these learning pathways, which will soon be available on an online self-learning platform. These asynchronous training courses offer the advantage of flexibility and adapt perfectly to all time zones. Learners can follow the training and watch the videos at any time.
To reinforce the assimilation of the knowledge and skills transmitted, the learner is led to answer quizzes and to put into practice what he has just learned through exercises prepared by the trainers. We can then envisage synchronous moments with face-to-face workshops or web classes, focused on practical exercises, to complete and anchor the achievements: see our hybrid formula.

Methodology
Our formula presents a very interesting return on expectations (ROE). This approach has two phases:
A digital phase: learners attend synchronous or asynchronous sessions in order to acquire key knowledge and skills.
A face-to-face phase: the trainer coaches accompany the learners in a practical face-to-face workshop to allow them to anchor the skills (the number of days depends on the theme)
